Buyer’s rights
The buyer has the right to return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery of the purchase, without specifying the reason for the return of the product.
To return the product:
- The product must not have been damaged during installation or due to other actions of the buyer
- It is possible to inspect the product to the extent that it would be possible to do so in person
- The buyer has the right to request a partial refund by returning part of the purchased goods, if several goods were purchased at the same time. In this case, the full price of the returned product is refunded, but the delivery price may be partially refunded if a lower rate is applied when ordering only the returned product.
Buyer’s obligations and responsibilities
To exercise their right to return the purchased goods, the buyer must inform the seller of their decision no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.
When returning the goods, you must submit a completed withdrawal form, which is available here. If the goods are returned later than 14 days after receiving them, you must explain the reason for the return. The form can be submitted electronically by sending an e-mail to info@kalnstriki1.lv or to the address-Latvia, Valkas novads, Ērģemes pagasts, “Kalnstrīķi”, LV-4711.
The buyer is responsible for returning the goods to the seller. If the goods are lost during the return, the seller is not responsible for this, and the money paid for the goods is not returned.
Seller’s obligations and responsibilities
The seller has the right to return the money for the purchase only when the returned goods are received.
If the return of the goods is approved, the seller undertakes to refund the full or partial purchase amount no later than 14 days after receiving the returned purchase.
The seller has the right to refuse to refund the purchase amount if:
- The buyer has damaged the goods
- The returned goods are lost during delivery
